OUR SESSIONS

You will always feel supported when training with Melissa who will be coaching and motivating you, correcting technique, tailoring exercises according to your goals, fitness levels, limitations or injuries.

BOXING

A high intensity workout that combines boxing and kickboxing moves with cardio, core, upper and lower body exercises. Working with a partner or individually, it's a great stress relief, you’ll be challenged and burn lots of calories.

STRENGTH 

Focusing on strength and form with longer rest periods and heavier weights, targeting the main muscle groups in the lower body, upper body and core. Incorporating both equipment and bodyweight based exercises, you will improve your overall muscular strength, balance and posture.

HIIT

High Intensity Interval Training will have you exercise for short periods of time at an intense level, followed by brief recovery periods whilst working every muscle in your body. Combining cardio and strength exercises using bodyweight and equipment will have you burning fat and building muscle.

STRETCH & RELEASE - FOAM ROLLING 

A self-myofascial release technique targeting areas of tension within the body to provide relief from muscle tightness and soreness. Foam rolling helps to improve circulation, flexibility, and recovery.

STRETCH & RELEASE - YIN YOGA

Focusing on engagement of deeper connective tissue and joints in our bodies by using slow long held stretches and cooling poses to allow connective tissue to expand over time. This practice helps to improve the elasticity of our joints, stiffness, and range of motion. It is also a quiet practice to cultivate a meditative mind and relieve stress.
 

FITNESS EVALUATION

Exercises are performed for a certain amount of time and your results are recorded, the purpose is to measure your current fitness level and in 8 weeks' time you will see your improvements.
