BOOKING AND
CANCELLATION POLICY

GROUP TRAINING MEMBERSHIP:
Payment for your group training membership (unlimited or two per week) will be set up on a direct debit plan, with only a minimum commitment of 6 weeks. Payments will be automatically debited directly from your nominated account every Monday and will not incur additional fees or charges. Your plan will be set to ongoing, unless otherwise requested.
You can suspend (maximum of 8 weeks per calendar year) or cancel your direct debit plan anytime via email after your minimum commitment of 6 weeks. For all suspensions and cancellations we require a minimum of 5 days’ notice for processing.
Each person is responsible for attending the number of sessions per week that they have paid on the direct debit plan (unlimited or two per week). Should you miss a session(s), for any reason, the session will be forfeited and no payment reimbursement will be granted. If a session(s) are missed due to an injury, COVID-19 or emergency an alternative arrangement can be agreed with Melissa.
Members are required to book in for their sessions, there is a 30 day booking window. Keep in mind you need to book in advance, bookings close 2 hours prior to the session start time and you will not be able to attend without booking in.
If you can no longer attend a session you have booked in for, you need to cancel via the confirmation email you received upon making your booking or the reminder email you will receive 10 hours prior to the session (from Keepon).
Late Cancellation/No Show: If you cancel within 2 hours of a session you have booked in for or not shown up, you will incur a fee of $20 for that session. This policy is to ensure every member gets the opportunity to book into sessions and to reduce the amount of last minute cancellations/no shows that affects the pre planning of the personalised sessions and equipment available to members.
8 WEEK HEALTHIER YOU CHALLENGE:
Once you have signed up and paid the $80 challenge (upfront - once off payment), you will then receive a welcome email including details of the direct debit payment plan for your $44 unlimited group training (per week - total of 8 debits) which you will need to approve upon receipt. Payments will be automatically debited directly from your nominated account every Monday and will not incur additional fees or charges.
You cannot suspend or cancel the direct debit over the 8 week challenge period.
Payment for the challenge and group training is non-refundable and non-transferable.

Melissa Fitness reserves the right to reschedule or cancel sessions due to any unforeseen circumstances, you will be notified via text if this is to occur.
Melissa Fitness does not provide refunds.
