Yoga In The Park Program


Our current yoga in the park program runs from January - May 2021.

Your teacher Dani will guide you through a series of gentle poses designed to assist your recovery and soothe any sore muscles.

These classes will target typical areas of stiffness, such as the lower back, hips, shoulders, and hamstrings, to enhance your flexibility, and will also offer simple meditations to calm the mind. Variations and options will be provided throughout the practice to make the class accessible for all, regardless of your level of experience.

With the peaceful blend of balancing poses allowing you to move through the postures slowly and mindfully, you can practice yoga and enjoy the many benefits in a safe and effective way.

What's included?


Each yoga class runs for 45 minutes, from 8.45am - 9.30am.

CLASS DATES: 23rd January, 6th February rescheduled to 13th February, 20th February,
6th March, 20th March, 10th April, 24th April and 8th May.

Excludes Easter Long Weekend.

Where is it located?

The yoga classes are held outdoors at Avenue Road Reserve, Cumberland Park, SA, 5041.

Street parking and public toilets are available. Our classes are structured around the current COVID-19 restrictions, hygiene practice and social distancing will apply throughout entire class.

IMPORTANT: In case of poor weather conditions and/or COVID-19 restrictions, classes might be changed to an online virtual class via zoom from the comfort of your own home. Click here to see an example.


If a class is changed to an online virtual class you will need a device such as a laptop, tablet or phone with internet/data and a small space such as a lounge room. You will be using a free program/app called “Zoom”. A link for the zoom meeting will be emailed to you the day prior, you will then need to follow the instructions to join the meeting.​

What do I need to bring?

You will need to bring your own yoga mat or large towel and bottle of water.

You may wish to bring a yoga block as it can be helpful for making some poses more comfortable if you have some tight muscles.

What's the cost?

The total cost for the program is $80 per person.

Payment is non-refundable and non-transferable.

*Casual classes are available for $15 per person/per class.

What's next?

Once you have booked into the program you will receive a confirmation email (including a pre-exercise form if you are a new client). You will also receive a reminder text message the day prior for each class.
