Renee's transformation journey has been absolutely incredible, within 12 months she has lost 15kgs and has achieved so many other goals along the way….
1-3 months: learning about mindset, nutrition and how to have fun with exercise - her favorite workout became boxing and strength training!
4-6 months: along with a loss of 10kgs and 15 centimeters, she was smashing every fitness evaluation we had – increasing her reps of push ups (on her toes), sit ups and timed runs.
7-9 months: her next goal was to run long distance, for the first-time Renee ran the city to bay 12km in 1 hour and 27 minutes!!
10-12 months: from the inside-out Renee achieved a happier and healthier self and truly learnt how to love herself! 15kg lighter, happier, healthier and stronger than ever!
