OVERNIGHT OATS

A great way to start the day with a healthy, low GI and low calorie breakfast. (serves 1)

Ingredients:

  • 40 grams of wholegrain rolled oats

  • 1/2 tablespoon chia seeds

  • Almond milk (just enough to cover the oats)

  • 40 grams of mixed berries

  • 1 teaspoon of organic honey

Method:

1. Place oats and chia seeds in a jar.

2. Cover oats and chia seeds with almond milk.

3. Add mixed berries.

4. Place lid on jar and shake well.

5. Put in fridge overnight and serve with honey in the morning.
