Our personal training sessions are designed around your individual needs and goals, the sessions are created to be enjoyable and are adaptable to cater to your specific goals such as weight loss, muscle building or general fitness.  

 What's included?

  • Body measurements and fitness evaluations 

  • Nutrition guidance and advice 

  • Sessions conducted at your local park or in the comfort of your own home 

  • No extra cost for travel within 10 km of Adelaide CBD

What's the cost?

PERSONAL TRAINING | 1 ON 1 
(casual price $60 per session)
 

1 x 45 minute session per week $55

OR

2 x 45 minute sessions per week $110

PERSONAL TRAINING | FOR YOU & A FRIEND 
(casual price $65 per session)
 

1 x 45 minute session per week $60 ($30 each)

OR

2 x 45 minute sessions per week $120 ($60 each)

How to get started?

It's easy, simply send an email to melissa.fitness@outlook.com or text 0404568178 with the following information:

  1. Full name and contact number

  2. Personal training option: 1 ON 1 or FOR YOU & A FRIEND and preferred 

    location (local park or home)
  3. Number of sessions per week: 1 or 2 and preferred session time/s

  4. Payment plan: weekly or fortnightly and the first deduction date: this date needs to be at least a day prior to the session you wish to book

 

Once your email is sent, you will receive a reply to confirm your session time/s and a link with instructions to process your payment details.
