Personal Training Plans

Our personal training sessions are designed around your individual needs and fitness level, the sessions are created to be enjoyable and are adaptable to cater to your specific goals such as weight loss, muscle building and/or improving overall fitness.  

 

 

Sessions conducted at your local park or in the comfort of your own home and at no extra cost for travel within 10 km of Adelaide CBD.

All equipment is provided, however due to COVID-19 you are required to bring your own mat, towel and drink bottle.

1 ON 1
