Group Training Membership

Join our incredible team of women where together, we become fitter, happier, and healthier! 

 

Our sessions are conducted in person with a variety of workouts (including strength, boxing, kickboxing and HIIT), designed to be both challenging to reach your goals and enjoyable because we make fitness fun!

Our sessions are held outdoors (and indoors during the winter months) at

 Forbes Primary School - 80 Thomas Street, South Plympton.

All equipment is provided, however due to COVID-19 you are required to bring your own mat, towel, boxing cotton inners and drink bottle. Group training is structured around the current COVID-19 restrictions, hygiene practice and social distancing will be adhered to.

 

You will always feel supported from your personal trainer, Melissa, who will be coaching you, providing modifications including low impact exercises (for those of you with injuries) and/or advancements to be further challenged.

 All sessions are held for 45 minutes.
Any sessions that fall on a public holiday may be changed to a different time or rescheduled to another day that week.
