What's included?

6 SESSIONS PER WEEK (IN PERSON & LIVE ONLINE)

Our 45 minute sessions include strength, boxing, kickboxing, HIIT (high intensity interval training) and more -

Whether you are training in person or live online, you will receive support from your personal trainer who will be coaching you, providing modifications including low impact exercises (for those of you with injuries) and/or advancements to be further challenged.


 Any sessions that fall on a public holiday may be changed to a different time or rescheduled to another day that week.

IN PERSON SESSIONS

Our four in person sessions are held outdoors at Avenue Road Reserve, Avenue Road, Cumberland Park, SA 5041. All equipment is provided, however during COVID-19 you are required to bring your own mat, towel, boxing cotton inners and drink bottle. Outdoor group training is structured around the current COVID-19 restrictions, hygiene practice and social distancing will apply throughout entire session.

Every 6-8 weeks as part of a group session, we will complete a fitness evaluation where you will perform exercises (squats, push ups, sit ups etc.) for a certain amount of time and record your results. This is a great way to measure your fitness level and to see your incredible improvements.

LIVE ONLINE SESSIONS

Our two live online sessions are held at a scheduled time (Adelaide SA) so we’re all training together in our own homes as a group virtually -

 What will I need to participate?

You will need a device such as a laptop, tablet or phone with internet/data and a small space to train such as a lounge room. 

You will be using a free program/app called “Zoom”. A link for the zoom meeting will be posted on our private Facebook group, you will then need to follow the instructions to join the meeting.​  The workouts involve body weight and dumbbells - equipment is not essential but it would be useful to have one light set of dumbbells. You will be emailed a guide (upon joining the membership) for information on equipment suggestions, how to use Zoom and to join the Facebook group.

What if I struggle to make it to the scheduled time?

If you miss the live online session you can access the recording of the session via our private Facebook group and you can complete the workout in your own time. The link (recorded sessions) is exclusive to members only, when viewing the recording you will be prompted to register your name, email, and enter a password. You will have to access the video/ “make up” your missed session within 3 days.

PRIVATE FACEBOOK GROUP

Keep in contact with your personal trainer (Melissa) and team members via our private Facebook group, here we will provide each other with motivation and ongoing support. You will also receive regular updates about our sessions which you will need to access and information about our fitness challenges and events throughout the year. 

WELCOME PACK (UNLIMITED MEMBERS)

Upon your initial sign up to our membership (unlimited sessions), you will receive a welcome pack that includes a drink bottle, gym towel, boxing cotton inners, guest card, discount voucher from Revitalise Remedial & Sports Massage Clinic and more (valued at $80).

 What's the cost?

There are two weekly Direct Debit Plans (DDP) to choose from, with only a minimum commitment of 6 weeks:

UNLIMITED SESSIONS

$40 per week

(access to all 6 sessions - that is only $6.65 per session)

TWO SESSIONS

 $32 per week

(access to 2 sessions: can be 1 online (live or recorded) and 1 in person OR 2 online OR 2 in person)

How to get started?

It's easy, simply send an email to melissa.fitness@outlook.com with the following information:

  1. Your personal information: full name and contact number

  2. Payment plan: UNLIMITED or TWO SESSIONS per week

  3. First deduction/commencement date: this date needs to be on a Monday

Once your email is sent, you will receive a reply with instructions and a link to process your payment details for your DDP. 

Payments will be automatically debited directly from your nominated account every Monday and will not incur additional fees or charges. Your plan will be set to ongoing, unless otherwise requested.

Can I suspend or cancel?

You can suspend (maximum of 8 weeks per calendar year) or cancel your DDP anytime via email after your minimum commitment of 6 weeks. For all suspensions and cancellations we require a minimum of 5 days’ notice for processing.

What's next?

Once your plan is confirmed, you will receive a welcome email with all the information (including a pre-exercise form, zoom and equipment guide) you need to get started with your training.
