Tabata training is a high intensity interval workout that lasts for a total of 4 minutes.
To do this workout you start by selecting an exercise e.g. squats, jumping jacks, push ups, you do this exercise at a high intensity for 20 seconds, then you rest for 10 seconds and repeat this for 8 rounds.
Depending on your time constraints and fitness level you can select another exercise and do the workout again. Example below: Squats x 8 rounds Jumping jacks x 8 rounds Push ups x 8
